Maintaining thema support in the CLI causes a lot of complex code paths, and as it is no longer being used for grafana kinds, we should deprecate it and add a warning when using it to generate code to the CLI that thema support will be removed soon.
We can provide a script to migrate thema to the CUE format if needed as well.
