Fix Drone to only build once #68

Right now it seems like drone builds both on Prs and on Push, but this is not really necessary.

Might be worth updating our drone file to be more like this one https://github.com/grafana/grafana-azure-sdk-react/blob/e232ca1975ba289fec37746cf490febc340b07b7/.drone.yml
