Remove awsDatasourcesNewFormStyling feature toggle #90

First part of removing the toggle, as it's been in prod for a while. After this all the datasources will have to be updated to use the new version and remove the toggle.

Do we have other copies of the tests that were deleted in NewConnectionConfig.test.tsx?

They were originally just a copy of ConnectionConfig.test.tsx, so they could be deleted
