play.grafana.org has a problem with dashboard sprawl. There are lots of dashboards saved as quick tests and fiddles that are saved and never seen again.
we should develop a system for how we want to manage dashboard permissions and best-practices for dashboard creation
we should also go through the many dashboards on play and delete whatever we can (easier said than done)
