Create VIP Slack channel for top discourse contributors

Create a new private slack channel where we will invite members of the community to collaborate with us:

• [x] Create invitation message
• [ ] Invite users
• [ ] Check in and decide on next steps - For example: continue the channel or archive it. Move it to paid slack. Invite more members . . .

Sample invitation message:

We'd like to invite you to participate in a pilot initiative to foster more collaboration with some of our most active community users. To start, we'd like to invite you and one other user to our community slack in a private channel with the community support squad (Matt, Melori, Usman, and Antonio). Here we can chat about posts in the community forum, blog posts you'd like to work on, or gather feedback you want to share directly with us.

We'll host the channel in our community slack until April 30, 2023 for the pilot. At the end of that time, we can exchange feedback that will help us decide what the next steps will be. Would you like to participate?

re the invite, I have one small suggestion. Break up that last sentence in the first paragraph into two. maybe like:

before:

...support squad (Matt, Melori, Usman, and Antonio) where we can chat about posts in the community forum, blog posts you'd like to work on, or feedback you want to share directly with us.

after:

...support squad (Matt, Melori, Usman, and Antonio). Here we can chat about posts in the community forum, blog posts you'd like to work on, or gather feedback you want to share directly with us.
