Tooling: refine our team dashboards #56

We have moved our dashboards from ops to play:

now lets:

[ ] replace the hardcoded template variables with query-based template variables [ ] replace the hardcoded CSV data with query-based data (top 20 responses panels) [ ] make the universal search dashboard more dynamic

I will try to do move it to play within week, else after GKO

OK, while was just playing, it seems I do not have permission to save Dashboard on play.grafana.com.

Can you please check as I did login to my account but maybe only have a viewer role?
