add app-with-rbac to main readme #263

The main readme is also missing app-with-service-account -- @gamab shall we list that here, too?

(I fixed spacing alignment... doesn't matter for markdown, but I may as well keep everything lined up)

aaaaah, I clicked merge and then read Andres' response properly (yes, we should add app-with-service-account).

@gamab I'll leave this to you to follow up -- also note that currently the readme in the service account example says "Note: This plugin requires Grafana 10.3 or later and the externalServiceAccounts feature toggle must be enabled. This is an experimental feature." -- I think that may be outdated
