Add logs data source from Zabbix log items #1111

We would like to use the "Logs panel" and the explore for Logs collected by Zabbix. A basic support will help for basic log support for small installations.

We've check docs https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/developers/plugins/build-a-logs-data-source-plugin/ and seems feasible within the current project.
