exclude filter #1525

Hi, i have used the plugin extensively but something thats causing a bit of pain is not being able to exclude items. My use case has grown and instead of 1 problem board i would like to split for a distinct deployment and noisy issues.

By example i can setup a zabbix problem plugin for a zabbix server group name (a smaller distinct deployment) but problems for this group will still appear in the catch all zabbix problems, i cant exclude the group name, my only option appears to be to add everything to a new group which has potential to miss things if its forgotten.

We also get issues that are across many hosts, like warnings on 'certificate expiry' that fill the board but wouldnt want to acknowledge them only move to a zabbix problems for certificates etc.

Would excluding a group or on a regex problem key like 'certificate expiry' be easily implemented ?
