Document logging features
Document how data source can use the feature
Help teams implement it (if relevant)
Figure out if we can improve APIs for features

Features examples: Log context Log volumes Live tailing

Data source examples: Splunk Cloudwatch logs Influxdb

To do:

An outcome of this issue will be a document describing the logging data sources (as one axis) and the feature compatibility of each of those data sources (as another axis)
We should articulate in the issue description the value proposition (why are we doing this, why now) and scope.
