Elasticsearch: better data filtering

Most of the elastic query builder is about configuring metric queries, how to transform/summarize data

Filtering is quite primitive in comparison, could be improved:

• Either by adding autocomplete to the lucene search field
• Or by creating some kind of select-field-names-and-values UI
