What happened?

I'm running Grafana with AWS Cognito as Sign in with Oauth
I logged in as Admin User from cognito group.
When I try to add the Google Analytics Plugin as Datasource. It shows you do not have permission to install this plugin.
But when I run grafana with the default user name and password it runs perfectly.

What did you expect to happen?

I need to setup Google Analytics Dashboard

How do we reproduce it?
