Bar gauge visualization - Scrollbar hide values #89188

What happened?

Bar gauge panels show scrollbars and hide partly the number.

What did you expect to happen?

Not hide the numbers

Did this work before?

Yeah, on grafana 10.X this dont happen.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Create panel
  2. Add bar gauge with horizontal orientation
  3. Most have some quantity of lines

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?

Environment (with versions)?

Grafana: 11.0 OS: Windows 10 Browser: Chrome 126

Grafana platform?

A package manager (APT, YUM, BREW, etc.)

Datasource(s)?

I encountered this issue on the Windows system as well, but it displays correctly on the MacBook.
