Panel: query inspector can't open #95249

What happened?

when i set a row name a variable then i open a edit panel and open query inspector. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e41ccdf3-bf0d-4f99-86d0-7771bd1d9bbb

What did you expect to happen?

query inspector open normally

Did this work before?

i don't know.

How do we reproduce it?

1.create a variable 2.create a row name is the variable

  1. create a panel and enter edit panel
  2. refresh edit panel view.
  3. open query inspector

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?

yes

Grafana: main branch OS: mac Browser: chrome

i have something wrong. this issue is Independent of variables. we should change row repeat for to a variable
