Update of minio chart version used for Tempo

The Minio helm chart referred to by the latest tempo-distributed, version 8.0.9, is two years old, and differs from the more up-to-date version used in the Mimir helm chart in a few ways.

For example, the metrics produced differ between these versions, and so two different Minio dashboards are needed for monitoring, and some environment variables have either changed name or changed default value between versions.

Are there plans to bring the minio chart version used by tempo-distributed up-to-date?
