Add paged team (on-call member) to Slack channel

When a team is paged in Incident, they are notified but not added to the Incident Slack channel.

It would be helpful for the on-call member of the team to get added to the slack channel.

If there's no plan to implement this feature request, we think we'll have to go through this workaround:

• Parse team name/id from alert payload
• Parse incident Slack channel ID from incident outgoing webhook. Not sure if that data is included, as I don't see it in the Incident JSON object. May need to extrapolate it from the Slack integration prefix and Incident date + title.
• Call Grafana Team API to get team members. Parse emails.
• Call Slack API to get user id from email
• Call Slack API to add user to channel

Thanks. We completed a conversion from OpsGenie last week and this was one of the most missed features that OpsGenie had but missing from Grafana Incident.
