Would a link in the key event timeline at the top to the activity log help? Or do you mean that there is no activity log at the time?
Edit: I think I understand now. You are wanting an activity item with the start time in it?
Would it be more helpful if the key events timeline had more functionality and showed up on the PIR?
Looking for an easy way to see when the incident starts and is resolved. For example, today someone adds a comment like "Issue starts" and there may be preceding comments for things that lead up to the issue.

timer, it would be helpful if this time was easy to find in the timeline.When debugging the issue and we iterate over steps done to date, it’s helpful to see when the issue starts and when we look back in a post-mortem, seeing the start time is a helpful visual cue, too.
As a feature request, could you provide an Start Time indicator analogous to the Resolved indicator?
