Help required in getting the right incident title from automatically declare an incident when a specific OnCall alert fires #109

I have successfully manage to create an incident automatically in Grafana incident when a specific oncall alert fires the problem I am facing is the title of the incident is not clear.

Plz can someone guide me a bit so I can create more meaningful incidents automatically in my Grafana clound instance
