Clicking the Install StatusPage Integration button doesn't work on reinstall attempt. #11

Describe the bug Clicking the Install StatusPage Integration button does nothing when I try to reinstall StatusPage integration after an uninstall.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install StatusPage integration
  2. Uninstall
  3. Try to reinstall

Expected behavior You can reinstall StatusPage Integration button any number of times after an uninstall.

Looks like it might be a more generic Install Integration issue right now. Grafana Suggestbot is experiencing the same behavior.

No output in Chrome Developer Console or Network Traffic when button is clicked.

Next release should fix this.
