WIP: Suggestion cleanup #61

As per suggested by @davkal, going to go through and see if I can cleanup the suggestion implementation to follow something more like what explore does.

QueryField itself has been moved to grafana-ui recently. Using it would probably simplify this PR quite a bit. See https://github.com/grafana/grafana/pull/19678. Probably worth talking to @alexanderzobnin how he has been using it already.
