fix: tempo data source not found #71

The removed tempo DS is causing an issue on the MLT Erroring Endpoints dashboard. This PR uncomments the remarked tempo DS in the configuration file.

Thank you for the PR. Unfortunately, this wouldn't solve the issue because previously Correlations were not available on pre-provisioned data sources.

I've raised a separate PR for this, #72, which does solve the problem now Correlations can be pre-provisioned.

I'm closing this PR in favour of that one. Thanks!
