List associated assets should not run incomplete queries

What happened: When I switched to the List associated assets query type it immediately returned an error before I interacted with the form. We should adjust filterQuery to not run the incomplete query

What you expected to happen: It should not run and not error.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Open a new sitewise query in a panel and use the List associated assets type.
