Improve the Schedules Tab #52

Currently the Schedules tab https://app.k6.io/schedules shows a view of all active and inactive schedules. For users with a large number of scheduled tests, this tab is a bit unwieldy. We should improve it's usability by adding some filtering options such as:

Status: active/ inactive Day select (show what tests are scheduled to run on a selected day) Project
