Custom code rule: ability to set script at top or end of file #314

The custom code rule allows for placing a custom snippet before or after requests. We currently don't provide a way to add this script at the start or end of the file.

We should investigate if it makes sense and possibly allow for this selection.

Consider the ability of setting on top or bottom of logic code in the script.
