Default device dashboard launch #28

Two issues when launching dashboard from a device on the device list page:

  1. dashboard comes up with "All" devices selected instead of just the device from which was launched.
  2. default Group By is "Destination 2nd BGP_HOP AS Number", which is alphanumerically the first choice in the pick list. Would prefer that default Group By be "Traffic".
