Investigate Exemplars

Grafana has a feature with the prometheus datasource called "exemplars" which allows users to link from metrics to traces in tempo. It would be interesting to explore how we might be able to support something similar with Opensearch.

Some questions to explore in a design doc:

• If a user had opensearch metrics and opensearch traces set up, is there a way to link from one to another?
• Is there a way to link between different datasource types (ex prometheus metrics to opensearch traces)
• Is this functionality already possible with datasource plugins or does work have to happen on a grafana plugin sdk level to support this?

Probably makes sense to revisit this after https://github.com/grafana/opensearch-datasource/issues/192 is completed. Will put in the backlog for now
