Fixes to piechart and legend height #138

Legend under graph issues fixed.

Right side legend now has scrollbar. scroll_right

Legend under breakpoint option added breakpoint_option

Example below of 50% and 100% breakpoint: break50 100

I have a problem with legends scrolling after upgrading grafana to 5.0.3 . I have around 100 legend values in the list but not able to scroll. would be a great help if it gets merged
