Pie chart Combine option doesn't affect legend. #156

What Grafana version are you using? - v5.2.1

What is your Pie Chart version ? v1.3.3

What datasource are you using? - Elasticsearch

What OS are you running grafana on? - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

What did you do? - piechart with Combine option

What was the expected result?- see data grouped as Other on graph an legend

What happened instead?

When using Combine option to group part of result as "Others" it only affects chart, but not legend. Could you please fix it ? image Additionally would be great to implement Combine types as described here: https://github.com/grafana/piechart-panel/issues/120
