What this PR does / why we need it: This squashes a dependabot warning in this repo. It shouldn't affect the packages themselves as their dependencies versions are resolved at the time of npx @grafana/....

The .gitignore change is due to having to re-add lerna which has brought in a new version of nx which has additional directories stored within .nx directory.
