Please add support for Windows as OS

Currently the profiler only supports running Dotnet applications on Linux but being able to also profile them while running on windows would be quite nice, since a lot of people probably run dotnet apps on Windows using IIS.

The README.md mentions that this profiler is based on https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-dotnet which seems to support Windows as OS. Source: https://docs.datadoghq.com/profiler/enabling/dotnet?tab=windows#requirements
