feat: inject session ID in the client #32

The change makes it so that the relay injects __session_id__ label into the URL. The implementation was takes as is from pyroscope-go

Also, I changed the default URL as per https://github.com/grafana/pyroscope/pull/2809/files#r1420027119. Pyroscope Cloud is Grafana Pyroscope Cloud from now on
