Infinite loading on navigating from diff view to tag explorer #1774

when user navigates from Tag Explorer to Diff View page and goes back, there's infinite loading indication on tag explorer page

will be fixed by https://github.com/pyroscope-io/pyroscope/issues/1376

then we can remove that shared loading spinner
