Loki integration improvements #37

35 added the ability to send QuickPizza logs to Loki with the Docker Compose setups.

  1. This is not supported when using Docker on Windows. Consider alternative like sending it from the app using slog-loki.

  2. Implement (or verify) that logs can be sent to Loki when using the Kubernetes environment.
