Could/should we add an onBoundsBreached callback parameter to the baseliner similar to the onOutlierDetected parameter of the outlier detector, which is called whenever the actual value strays outside of the bounds? Might be useful for something. We could have a direction field indicating which way the bounds went as well as any other useful information.
