grafana 7 - singlestat can't be installed, autoconvert are broken #1

We need to move graphs from grafana 6 to 7 and found what we can't use singlestat - put all dashboards and see something terrible in graphs. http://docs.grafana.org/reference/singlestat/ - redirect to https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/panels/visualizations/stat-panel/ Install plugin singlestat - return 404 7..0.6 (or 7.4.2) Dashboards automatically deployed via yaml+json files.

To have existing dashboards work with this panel in 7 you will need to manually edit the plugin type in the JSON -- was "singlestat" needs to be "grafana-singlestat-panel"

In 8 we will make this behavior automatic, IF this plugin is installed

Oh wait -- are you trying to install with the cli? This is not yet published so that will not yet work
