Register private nodes for scripted checks #675

Next step for restricting scripted/browser checks to enabled probes.

Private probes running with Feature.K6 enabled should be fine to receive scripted checks to execute. This PR just signals to the API the readiness to execute scripted checks.

This will need a separate flag as K6 would be enabled for MultiHTTP
