Should changelog be empty thought?

Mmm interesting... Something is going on with the release script :thinking: Let me take a look. Seems like this also happened in the previous release at least, so not sure what is the rational here.

I believe this is due to these commits not following the conventions for git-chglog (e.g.: Fix:, Feature:, etc). Since this commits do not actually represent a fix or a feature etc, I think it is OK.
