More detailed error logs for #391

What would you like to be added: we would like to see more detailed error log in our synthetic Monitoring https health check dashboard.

Why is this needed: GIves more clear idea about an underlying issues and helps us to get the right person Involved during an issue. Also removes a lot of dependencies on support team, while we understand more from a detailed log. I have attached a screen shot where the error logs reports a 509 certificate error, but the information/warning was not in detail and we had to do a lot more investigation to arrive to a problem, while we also worked with support team. Additional context

I think more details in the logs are a great idea. Can you elaborate a bit on what you'd hope to see in the log line?
