Add querier metrics for requests executed metric to tempo operational dashboard #3752

A new metric has been added: https://github.com/grafana/tempo/pull/3524 It would be nice to have a panel in https://github.com/grafana/tempo/tree/main/operations/tempo-mixin/dashboards within this metric
