Tooptip low contrast in light mode #281

In the light theme, the contrast in the tooltip is too low:

I have the same problem. Using v0.3.2 which supposed fixed the problem (https://github.com/grafana/worldmap-panel/pull/191#issuecomment-583509955)

Dear Ben and Gustavo,

our fork grafana-map-panel includes the improvement #191 by @dtheb (see also #169), amongst many others.
