Regenerate this library for v1beta1 #4

Is it possible we can get this library regenerated for v1beta1? Since there's no make target in the main grafeas repo for generation of a java client, i'm not sure the recommended way to create and update this library. Thanks a bunch!

Can I just replace all the "v1alpha1" with "v1beta1" ?

You can't just flip v1alpha1 to v1beta1 - there are protocol differences.
