EXT-X-MAP BYTERANGE should be quoted #159

According to RFC 8216, section 4.3.2.5, the EXT-X-MAP tag attribute BYTERANGE is a quoted-string.

Apple's mediastreamvalidator complains about this:

Error: #EXT-X-MAP BYTERANGE: missing quotes
