@grafov and @bradleyfalzon any update on this? can we merge this? I need the support of EXT-X-CUE-OUT without octals tag. Please suggest if we have any other way to support it.

Unfortunately, I don't use this repository anymore, although I wish I did - those projects were fun.

I can click a merge button but I haven't looked deeply at it, @grafov overall it looks fine to me.

Sadly I also don't need this library very long time. The project need more care. Late thanks for the feature. Merged.
