SaaS is like when you use Sql Mgt Studio over seth to access KDC.
with IaaS you manually manage everything: networking, computers, OS, software etc
PaaS is like what IMTS does for us.
We'll use some form of Azure PaaS: database. Maybe also something to that we deploy our python code to and it executes (downloads data, inserts into sql, executes strategies etc etc).
