PSTN Disconnect Tone error #1

First of all, thank you for your amazing tutorial. I just find an error with the PSTN Disconnect Tone. Following your tutorial I was able to get inbound call, but when I hang up with the caller phone the call wasn't hanging up. To do that you have to set Enable PSTN Disconnect Tone Detection on Yes. Also, your PSTN Disconnect Tone was not working in France for me. It works with f1=440@-30, f2=440@-30, c=500/500;. Again, thanks you for your great job.

Which telephone provider are you using ? Orange, Free, ... ? Maybe different providers require different values – or maybe Free is less sensitive to the tones.
