Added new processor 'JamfPatchChecker' #130

This will check if patch definition exists for given software and version.

Outputs 'patch_version_found' True or False.
Can be used with the processor StopProcessingIf to exit recipe if no definition is found.
Offers summary with ID and name, checked package version, and the latest version found.

I'm merging into a dev branch because the format of this processor pre-dates changes I made to all processors to split them into main and base processors, so that will have to be worked on. Also, the description is wrong, but I'll handle all this.
