Also don't make the song fade out, make it an infinite loop - a band fading while performing live doesn't really happen unless they are miming which I doubt they are doing. I can easily cut the end to make it loop.
Also this music track is assigned to the SFX channel, probably a bad idea.
The goth/synthwave-esque tune should start as normal in the mix but as you click on the bartender it should high-pass filter some if out so it blends with the scene audio wise. You can still hear it but sounds like it is coming from the other room.
This way if you want you can listen to the song if you want in full before continuing and then after it becomes part of the scenery. Easy to setup in the Unity mixer and setting up a conditional use a float loop to change the audio.
