GraphQL APIs need Documentation #695

Although the REST API's have both swagger and redoc pages, the GraphQL API's are undocumented. It would be nice to include something like graphql playground but other options are possible.

The set of graphql implementations are available here

@Vasanthavel124 I forgot to mention we actually have a basic playground implementation here: https://api.grai.io/graphql/

I had forgotten about. This could be as easy as adding a link in the GraphQL section of the docs.
