Testing ECHO command with Orthan server show it will fail with following error in Orthanc server

orthanc_1 | I0208 10:00:27.333025 CommandDispatcher.cpp:911] (dicom) DIMSE: Command Parse Failed: Element: (0000,0002) AffectedSOPClassUID

Include the AffectedSOPClassUID as with other commands make Echo works with Orthanc server.
