Update quickstart instructions and output to v0.6.3 #36

Copy-pasted the output from my commands. Not sure if all the text annotations are correct, as the ssh core@ec2 ... output was quite different from mine - mine just logged into the machine and did nothing. I don't see any of the arrow (-> or <-) output anywhere.

I also have much less ps -l output:
